What does sugar beet taste like? Where and how do you get the sugar in the beets? What is the significance and origin of sugar loaves? And how can they be kept small?

The guided tour through the agricultural technology exhibition and the herb garden provides an overview of all these questions, shows moving images with a high level of information from the active steam plow era, and gives visitors the opportunity to get to grips with a handy sugar loaf in the old way.
