Kräuterzeit issues 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8
KräuterZeit is a series within the publications of the Börde Museum. Each issue presents 12 plant portraits. These are vegetable and raw material plants as well as aromatic and medicinal herbs. The focus is on plants that are used in the local region and are exhibited in the museum's herb garden with its approximately 400 different plants. The portraits include information ranging from historical tradition to current relevance in cultivation, use and preparation.
