Herbal detective work - What can make our food healthy and delicious?
Tour of the herb garden with practical tips on how to use seasonal vegetables and herbs and prepare a snack with fresh ingredients, completely without artificial colours or preservatives; but with lots of fun cooking or baking in the group and then eating the treat.

Rural life 100 years ago
Heinemanns Hof is a four-sided farm from the 18th century. Its traditional furnishings and presentation make it possible to explore the living conditions of around 100 years ago in an authentic environment. Children can then get active by making hand-painted clay bricks and trying out old children's games.

Explore the herb and sculpture garden in a different way! Children can feel their surroundings, use their nose, sharpen their hearing and try out many things under guidance in sunny places or places shaded by trees.

Under steam - Nieti and the plowing technique
Nieti tries to teach children about agricultural technology at the Börde Museum by making them curious (low-german: nietich). In child-friendly language, the youngest visitors learn what belongs to a steam plow set and how a locomobile was operated.
Suitable for curious children (from about 3 years).
